What we collect
When you use our forms, contact us, book a consultation or apply for a role, we may collect:
- Contact details: your name, email address, phone and WhatsApp numbers, country of residence and nationality.
- Professional details: your qualifications, specialty, professional title, years of experience, licensing status, target countries, and your CV or a link to it where you choose to share it.
- Employer details: your organisation, facility type, role requirements and hiring timelines when you enquire as an employer.
- Basic technical information such as the page a form was submitted from and a hashed (not readable) record of the network address, used to protect the forms from abuse and to improve the website.
How we use it
We use your information to match you with suitable healthcare roles, to manage licensing applications you ask us to handle, to respond to enquiries and consultation bookings, and to keep you informed about relevant opportunities. If you subscribe to job alerts or our newsletter, we use your email to send them and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
We share candidate information with prospective employers and licensing authorities only as needed to progress an application you have asked us to make, and always in line with this policy. We do not sell your personal information. Trusted service providers who host our website, store submissions and files, and run our client management and scheduling systems handle data on our instructions only.
Where it is stored and for how long
Form submissions and uploaded documents such as CVs are stored in secure, access-controlled systems operated for Care Bridge. We keep candidate records for as long as we are actively assisting you, and afterwards only as long as needed to meet legal obligations or to contact you about future roles where you have agreed to that.
Your rights
You may ask us at any time to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email info@carebridge.ae and we will act on your request promptly.
Cookies
Our website uses the cookies needed for it to function, for the live chat and booking tools you choose to use, and for basic, anonymised visitor statistics. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
